LIN    :Lin. interpolation - like PTP!!
CIR    :Circular interpolation - like PTP!!
SETF   :Parameter 0..9, fixing the last
.       position as respective Fixposition
FIX    :Movement instruction for each 
.       position set using SETF.
WAIT   :Parameter Z, time duration in 0.1 sec
.       Parameter D, 0 <= number value <= 255
GRIP   :Gripper open/closed (toggle)
DOUT   :Parameter:0 <= Digitalout <= 255
DIN    :Check signal 0 <= Digitalin <= 255
RPT    :Program repetition in RUN-Modus
